Retail Manager/Licensed Retail Manager

Manage overall performance and operation of the store in the absence of the General Manager. Train, develop and supervise Eyewear Specialists to sell eyewear products and services utilizing Company selling strategies to exceed the Customer's expectations. (Licensed Retail Managers will possess a State Optician's License for states where required by Company.)

Lab Technician

Select, cut, edge, finish, surface, fit lenses to frames, and provide customers high quality eyewear delivered as promised. Maintain Lab equipment in good working order through proper maintenance.

General Manager/Licensed General Manager

Responsible for the overall sales and profitability of a store location. Manage all operations of the location to include personnel, merchandising, inventory management, training and safety. Exercise independent judgment and discretion in managing overall performance of the entire retail operation. (Licensed General Manager will possess a State Optician's License for states where required by the Company.)

Lab Manager/Licensed Lab Manager

Manage lab operations to ensure the making of eyewear is accurate to prescription and ready as promised. Recruit, select and train all lab associates on lab equipment and Lab Certification Programs. (A Licensed General Manager will possess a State Optician's License for states where required by the Company.)

Optometric Technician

Schedule appointments, verify insurance coverage, maintain accurate patient records, and assist with preliminary testing under an Optometrist's supervision. Educate patients on lens insertion and removal and overall care of contact lenses.

Third Key

Handles routine management functions such as: open/close duties, transaction approvals, and customer problem resolution, in addition to the responsibilities of associates job classification.

Eyewear Specialist

Sell eyewear products and services utilizing Company selling strategies to exceed the Customer's expectations. Inspect finished eyeglasses, adjust and repair customer eyewear, and provide a thorough dispense to ensure proper fit.
